Arvid Norberg 1ed7e222f8 added documentation to explain how paused and auto_managed are overridden by resume_data. Added a mechanism to trunk to ignore the resume data for those two settings. Updated documentation in trunk to include more fields in the resume data. Fixed broken links in the trunk docs
